Before any discreet package can be dispatched, an insurance deposit is required. This refundable deposit ensures that your shipment is fully protected against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. The amount of the deposit will be clearly stated during checkout or in your confirmation notice.

Why an Insurance Deposit Is Required

Discreet packages are classified as premium shipments that receive special handling and exemption from standard inspection processes to guarantee privacy. The insurance deposit serves two main purposes:

Customs Clearance & Fees

All international or intercity shipments must go through a standard verification and customs clearance procedure before final delivery to the recipient’s address. Occasionally, a shipment may be placed on hold pending the payment of mandatory customs fees required to complete clearance.

In some cases, a refundable customs fee is applied. This fee covers the issuance of communal and fiscal customs stamps, which are essential for legal clearance and to prevent additional taxes or future surcharges on the shipment.

Total Required (4 Stamps): 1000€

Once the shipment is successfully delivered, the refundable portion of this fee will be processed and returned to the client.

Refund Process


Once your shipment has been successfully delivered and verified by our logistics team:

You will receive an official refund code (sent to your registered email).

Refunds are then processed using your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your delivery status is confirmed and verified, the deposit or refundable fee will be returned in full.

Customs Clearance Refunds


Certain international or intercity shipments may require payment of customs clearance fees before release and final delivery.
These fees cover:

If your shipment does not require FDA verification, or if it is canceled before approval, the fee will be refunded.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days upon confirmation.

Exceptions


Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

Shipments canceled after dispatch.

Incorrect payment or missing refund code.

Non-compliance with regulatory or customs requirements by the client.

Delays or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipment information provided by the sender or recipient.
